OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION RIGHT NOW…

You can opt out of the arbitration provision by simply copying the below text, replace your name where appropriate with your name and paste it into a new email. Send the email to change-dr@uber.com with “ARBITRATION OPT-OUT” in the subject line.

Dear Uber,

YOUR FULL NAME HERE explicitly reject the changes to the Terms of Service dated November 21, 2016. I will not waive my right to a jury trial and will not be forced to have any future cases against Uber go through arbitration without my explicit consent.

If you do not accept my rejection of your revised arbitration clause and the remaining changes to the Terms of Services, I will happily delete my account with your company and take my business to your more thoughtful competitors that put passengers before the “almighty dollar.”

Regards,
