Jeffrey E. Salomon, Esq., is a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., where he represents seriously injured people and families in New Jersey personal injury cases. With over a decade of litigation experience, Jeff Salomon has both successfully settled cases and earned the trust of his clients in injury claims involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, fractures, herniated discs, neck and back injuries, permanent disability, and other injuries involving life-changing harm and wrongful deaths. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, he represents clients throughout all 21 New Jersey counties.

Recognized as a Partner in 2025, Jeff Salomon has dedicated his practice to cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, bus accidents, premises liability, slip-and-fall accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims. He helped secure a $1 million settlement for a child who was bullied at school and blinded in one eye, and a $1.4 million settlement for the family of a minor who was struck and killed by a vehicle. He also served as trial counsel in a case that resulted in a $795,000 verdict after the defense initially offered only $6,000. His record includes multi-million-dollar settlements, other significant recoveries, and, most importantly, clients’ lives changed.

As a skilled New Jersey personal injury lawyer, Jeff Salomon is not only a leader in litigation but also in educating other attorneys on the standards that are crucial to representing injured clients when they need it most. Through the New Jersey Association for Justice, he has co-chaired and lectured at the NJAJ Rising Star seminar as well as the NJAJ New Lawyers Program in 2025 and 2026.

Jeff Salomon also co-authored The Consumer’s Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims with fellow Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., Partner Garry R. Salomon, Esq. Published in 2024, the book is a clear, practical guide for people injured in car accidents or falls and was created to help New Jersey citizens better understand their legal rights after negligence. Available in English, Spanish, Korean, and Polish, the guide explains key issues in New Jersey personal injury cases and includes a glossary of common legal terms, making the claims process clearer for injured people and their families.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University, where he graduated cum laude, Jeff Salomon earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2016, where he received honorable mention for outstanding oral advocacy skills.

With experience, judgment, strength, and compassion, Jeff Salomon handles serious accident, car accident, truck accident, slip-and-fall, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases, helping clients win the compensation they deserve after being harmed by someone else’s negligence.

Representative Settlements or Verdicts

$1,400,000 Settlement – Wrongful Death

Secured for the family of a minor who was struck and killed by a vehicle driving in the fast lane.

$1,000,000 Settlement – Assault

Settlement was secured for a child who was assaulted at school and suffered a devastating eye injury that resulted in blindness in one eye. The case was won through proving that it was preventable violence and the failures in student safety and supervision that contributed.

$925,000 Settlement – Slip and Fall

This settlement was secured for a client who slipped on water leaking from the roof while shopping at a Stop & Shop in Teaneck. He fell onto his right knee and shoulder, suffering injuries to his shoulder, knee, and back, including a rotator cuff injury and multiple disc injuries that required injections.

$725,000 Settlement – Fall Down

This settlement was obtained for a client who tripped in a pothole while walking from her car toward a store entrance. She was bleeding after the fall and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Her injuries included a fractured wrist, as well as neck and back pain.

$515,000 Settlement – Commercial Vehicle Accident

Settlement was secured for a client who was stopped in traffic when a commercial vehicle struck another vehicle, pushing it into the back of the client’s car. Although liability was disputed, Jeff worked to develop the evidence, including intersection video footage, to help establish fault.
